1. What is XZ-in-fashion?
XZ is an online fashion store that provides trendy and high quality ladies fashion clothing and accessories.
2. How can i place an order?

3. Can I order by phone?
We process all our orders from our blog. It is more efficient to email your enquiry to us, our sales representative will follow it as soon as possible.
4. How long will it take to get my order?
Once confirmed we receive your payment, we will send your order within1-2 working days and it will takes about 2 - 3 days for the post office to process your delivery.
5. I'm interested to sell your products, do you provide wholesale service?
I am sorry, we don't. :(
6. Are your clothes imported from overseas?
Yes, we do import our clothes from countries, such as Singapore.
7. What is my size?
uk4 : XS
uk6 : Smaller S
uk8 : Bigger S
uk10 : Smaller M
uk12 : Bigger M
uk14 : L
8. Can I reserve items?
Yes, you can, only if the payment is made / at least half of the amount is paid.
9. Are the sold-out items restockable?
The items are mainly come in few pieces. We don't provide restocking services.
10. Can I exchange or get refunded if I am not satisfied with the size / colours?
No. Goods sold are not returnable.
